Children's Day Red Velvet Cup Cake

I dedicate today's recipe to all the Kids of my dear Foodaholics, who remind their parents its time for Foodies and Spice on TV, the ones who use their parents phones to wake me up by 6am to ask what i will be cooking on the next show, the ones who just
call to say "hello Foodies and Spice" then hang up, not forgetting the ones who cry and ask their parents to bring them to my Lagos studio all the way from Jos.

I appreciate you all and you make my world go round. You actually start feeling you are getting there when you have Kids as fans... lol.

Wishing you all a Happy Children's Day and i pray that you all enjoy a fulfilled and blessed Life in Jesus Name... Amen!

Mummy and Daddy please try your hands on this Cupcake and Fruits recipe for them... love ya all!
