I just fell all over in love with #bitterleaf these days. Well healthy lifestyle calls for it.
Na wetin our forefathers them they chop be that cos even if book did not tell them, they know about the nutritional benefits of bitterleaf. 

Hence in my hometown almost every home has their own bitterleaf shrub.
