CLEAR THE FRIDGE SAUCE 😁

Okay,.. you all know i don't like waste so here is my latest clear the fridge #sauce and it was so tasty that i had to reserve 1 small plastic bowl and have asked that NO ONE should touch it. I am keeping if for .... (i don't even know).
Anyway it had lots of unripe #peppers, Lots of onions, small #freshpepper, scent leaves, #tomatoes paste, #cornbeef, #iru , #spice and #seasoning. The #onions was first caramelized as if you want to make #agoyin sauce before adding all other things.

Babaibeji is in a #titusfish phase at the moment (yes, we get to switch phases from time to time, it may be snail phase for a while, then its beef, then it turns to cow leg... inshort he doesn't even want to see #beef at all in his food, then it is goat meat.... Anyway, right now we are in #operation fish)😂😂. #somewivesdohavethem 😘😘😘😘
So i got like half carton, season with salt and spices, grill in the oven, pack in ziplock bags and they are resting in the freezer..(it will last us through this phase 🤣🤣🤣🤣).
Anyway, this my sauce was gangster, i have a bowl left if you want to taste 😋😋😋
