WI'KED GRAVY MEHNNNN.

So i started out with wanting to make slow cooked braised meat for the show but then, there was no time cos #crew and #guests need to leave the #studio as scheduled.
I made a very fast one prior to shoot time to present while i prepped another one in front of the cameras. Now the prepped one had to go to the #fridgefor use later.

This stayed in the fridge for 2 days soaking up all the juice and when i eventually slow cooked it for close to 3 hours in my oven... that #juice oh my God that juice was #wicked like #wow 🤤.
What is it made of?
Beef
Yellow Pepper
Carrots
Lots of Onions
Basil leaves
Salt
Thyme
Curry
Seasoning cube (optional)
Water

After slow cooking it for close to 3hours (covered with foil), take the remaining juice and all the #condiments and blend. Pour over #potato mash, yam, pasta, rice, noodles ecetera ecetera.
You can also use to make your jollof rice, stew, sauces etc (this is a gbogbonishe #gravy). Tasted really good.

Make a good batch and store in your fridge to serve as #broth and #seasoning , i have some in the fridge for sunday #rice already and i will be prepping some more for keeps 😁.
I want to name this gravy MOROUNTODUN... meaning, i found something sweet in yoruba 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

How was your day foodaholics? Lagos people, i am sure you are still in Traffic... e pele o .😘
