PREPARATION
Wash and Peel Beans ( dont worry if you don't get all the skin off).
Blend with Pepper and Onions till smooth. Consistency should not be watery, just enough to hold a mould on a spoon without slipping away easily.
Mix the Beans barter to beat some air into it then season with salt and seasoning cubes to taste. Add Peak milk. Incoporate well.
Heat up some oil in a pan ( at least 3 to 4 inches above the base of pan)
Scoop beans barter with a spoon and carefully drop into oil ( barter will float on oil. you can use medium heat, because if oil is too hot, it will brown without cooking through)
Fry akara on both sides till it cooks through and Golden brown. Drain on a kitchen towel till you serve.
Pap
Scoop 3 levelled table spoon of Pap and mix in (2 cups) water.
Scoop 3 levelled table spoon of Pap and mix in (2 cups) water.
Stir in a pan on heat till it thickens ( you can lighten with water if it is too thick). Add Peak Milk and sugar to taste
Pour in a bowl and garnish with Strawberries, kiwi and blueberries.
Serve with Akara.
