CREAMY PEAK CHICKEN CURRY

Me, i just got back from the Oscars (πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„ just don't say i wasn't live there, allow me live in my own fantasy, THANK YOU).

Ehen! So on arrival from the #oscar2018 i decided to nap a bit, woke up and thought to share this #luxurious #recipe.
Easy Peasy, try it in your house and report back ( una know say i no dey make mouth, you do my recipes just like i write them or show you, it comes out perfect and tasty... i can blow my trumpet on that)
INGREDIENTS
1 pack of chicken breast
1 Red bell Pepper
1 Green bell Pepper
Fresh Pepper to taste
1 can of Peak Milk
Butter
3 pods of Garlic
1/4 teaspoon of rosemary
Salt to taste
2 cups Chicken broth
2 cups water
A sprinkle of black Pepper
1 tablespoon curry
1 teaspoon Ginger
A fist full basil leaves
3 tablespoons of corn starch
PREPARATION
Cut chicken into chunks then spice with salt and black pepper.
Heat up a table spoon of butter in a pan then fry chicken chunks both sides till its golden brown. Set aside.
Add a little oil in the pot used for chicken, allow to heat a bit then add Garlic, chopped Onions and ginger. Saute for a bit then add fresh pepper.
Pour the chicken stock and some water into the pot, season to taste, add curry powder and rosemary leaves. Allow to boil.
Mix the cornstarch and Peakmilk in a bowl to eliminate any lumps.
Add the chicken and chopped Peppers into the boiling broth, then add the milk mixture to thicken.
Stir and Garnish with basil leaves.
Serve with boiled rice.
