Watch me Prep and deepfry Noodles rolled on Sausage , swagged up with Spring onions and good old Ketchup. It is Finger food at its best.

Also Okey Bakassi will be telling us a bit about his new show "The Other News" while we end it on this sumptous Plantain Porridge with Snails, washed down with a glass of Riunite Lambrusco wine.
