OVEN GRILLED CATFISH

This morning i am sending some grilled Fish to my Friends and it is amazingly tasty.

Easy to prepare, this is one dish that will get your visitors visiting the more 

INGREDIENTS
Catfish
Onions
Pepper
Seasoning
Garlic
Ginger
Spices
Oil

Onions, seasonings, Spices and Pepper

Process Onions and Pepper

Saute in hot oil add all spices, seasonings and salt

Clean Fish

Pour sauce on fish laying on foil. (Cut lines into fish to allow sauce into fish)

Wrap foil and oven grill or bake for 40 mins to an hour
