For ease of cooking, it's always better to cook in bulk and store your meat Ingredients in the refrigerator.

Someone said "Electricity nko"... hmm. You could Fry them and store in tight containers cos when you have your meat ready, you wouldn't spend so much time preparing food before Suhoor and Iftar.
