Pepper Sauce with a Twist


Happy Sunday Foodaholics as i welcome you to a very blessed New Week.
So on my way from church today, i just changed my mind towards lunch. Had arrangement for regular tomato stew but i began to crave some Coarse Onion and Pepper Sauce with all the right things in between.

If you watch my program on TV or on youtube you must have seen various kinds of sauces. This is one sauce you should have called AYAMASE or OFADA sauce but NO, this one comes with a TWIST and it is SUPER delicious.

INGREDIENTS
4 hands full of Unripe Peppers
A handfull of Fresh Pepper
4 Bulbs of Medium Sized Onions
4 cooking Spoons of Oil
A handfull of Curry leaves
Salt and Seasoning to Taste
Fried Fish

Coarsely blend onions ( i use a food processor)

Heat oil in a pot, add some salt then begin to fry the onions for about 10 minutes stiring so it doesnt burn

Clean peppers

Clean Peppers

Coaresly blend them with a food processor

Add Green Pepper first to the Fried Onions

Then add the Fresh Pepper

Rinse coriander leaves and slice

Add to the Sauce

Add Iru and Season with Salt and choice seasonings

Add your meat Ingredients, in this case i used Fried Fish

Allow to cook for 5 to 7 more minutes and Sauce is ready.
