We thank God for the opportunity of another great Month handed to us to explore and enjoy. We do not take these mercies for Granted at alllll....
For me, i dont like my Gizzards fried (except my clients want fried) cos it tends to become too chewy and rubbery so i season them well cook and toss them in Pepper sauce or whatever i want to use it for.
Here is a dinner i made last month from a fortunate plantain that got ripe in the bunch Bobos got from the Village.
INGREDIENTS
One ripe fortunate 😂 Plantain
6 Gizzards
Cooking Oil
2 Full cooking Spoons of Leftover Tomatoes Stew
Salt and Seasoning
One ripe fortunate 😂 Plantain

2 Full cooking Spoons of Leftover Tomatoes Stew

Bunch of Plantain, use the ripe ones
Heat Cooking oil and fry diced Plantain
Fry till its golden
Season and boil gizzard with Salt, Seasoning and Onions
Scoop 2 cooking spoons of Left over tomatoes stew
Heat 2 spoons of cooking oil
Add the Tomatoes Stew
Add the Gizzard and Stir
Stir till its completely coated in stew
Add the fried plantains
Mix together till its well incoporated
Serve and enjoy your simple Gizzard and Plantain dinner
