WORLD JOLLOF RICE DAY (Jagaban jollof Rice Recipe)



Jollof rice! So much has been said about this west African recipe to the point of Nigerian and Ghanians battling who owns the best recipe or where it originates from.

For me, i call it the Jagaban of all rice recipes cos of its popularity all over Nigeria. Be it at parties, events and our homes, everyone loves a well cooked jollof rice and sometimes when the cravings kick in you hear it being called PARTY RICE.

Anyway, in commemoration of the WORLD JOLLOF RICE DAY, am sharing my special Jagaban jollof recipe which i have perfected over time. This style of preparing Jollof rice is a winner all the time, you can never go wrong if you follow these steps.

Those i have cooked at their events, parties and those who have eaten from my kitchen can attest to the fact that my Jollof rice is always a winner... and the secret is just these simple steps.
