Banga Rice of Life... Dont miss it o

 Its going to be a GREAT weekend... and for this super weekend am sharing with you a taste of the South on ‪#‎weallloverice‬ Foodies and Spice showing across stations in Nigeria.

My first encounter with BANGA RICE, i cant even remember but back home at my Grand parent's we brought back Palm fruits from the farm, make our own palm oil and of course the rest of the Palm fruits go into Banga Soup or Banga Rice, inshort Soap and cream can be made from Palm nuts (Am totally grateful for my Childhood). 

Anyway, dont miss my Banga (Palm fruit) Rice episode this weekend on TVC 5:30pm Friday, WapTV 7:30pm Saturday and i have Toby Grey on the table to share it with me.
