Smoked Titus Fish
Crayfish
Quarter bulb of onion

Preparation
In a pot of boiling water (not to much, measure with d quantity of your okro so it doesnt loose its resillience) add finely chopped Onions, Yellow Pepper and a cooking spoon of good palm oil.
Add the Crayfish, snails and smoked Fish and allow to cook for 3 to 4mins. Season with Salt and Seasoning cubes as desired then add grated Okro.
Allow to cook on medium low heat for 5 mins and your soup is ready. Download with your favourite Swallow. (I ate semolina while Bobos ate Amala).
Anyway its still the Rice Season on Foodies and Spice. So stay tuned to this page cos there are things to win oooo.
Love ya all and have a Happy Sallah Holiday especially to my dear muslim foodaholics.
