Recipe: Spaghetti Bolognese

Whenever i think "Energy Food " and i do not want to swallow some balls of fufu (Which are my favorite "Energy Food" alongside Scent leaf soup), I think Pasta. I have strong LOVE for Pasta, its not only easy to prepare but it can be prepared in a variety of ways.

Its can be a wonderful base for diverse recipes and i have tried and eaten a whole lot of them, from cooking it in Coconut milk to pairing it with Pineapples. However for the not so adventurous, Pasta with Bolognese Sauce will convert you to a "Pasta Adoring" individual.

So before i open my Pasta Church, Please Check out my simple Spaghetti Bolognese and don't forget to share

PREPARATION

Dice or chop tomatoes, Peppers and Onions. Put a pan on the cooker and one and half cooking spoon of Vegetable oil allow to heat then add salt, press or dice garlic, spring onion (reserve some for garnishing). Add your Peppers and chopped tomatoes.

While it sautés, in a pan, cook your minced meat until it turns pale.

Add your red wine to the tomatoes sauce and season as desired, transfer minced meat to the sauce and cook on low heat, add tomato paste (for redness) and sauce is ready as soon as the sour taste from tomato paste has been eliminated.
Note: you can add tomato paste before chopped tomatoes, but if you are not adding so much liquid to your sauce, you may like to add it last to prevent sauce sticking to the pot or burning.
