Whenever i think "Energy Food
" and i do not want to swallow some balls of fufu (Which are my favorite
"Energy Food" alongside Scent leaf soup), I think Pasta. I have
strong LOVE for Pasta, its not only easy to prepare but it can be prepared in a
variety of ways.
Its can be a wonderful base for diverse
recipes and i have tried and eaten a whole lot of them, from cooking it in
Coconut milk to pairing it with Pineapples. However for the not so adventurous,
Pasta with Bolognese Sauce will convert you to a "Pasta Adoring"
individual.
So before i open my Pasta Church,
Please Check out my simple Spaghetti Bolognese and don't forget to share
