Gbaladun sweet potatoes and flaked fish sauce


Ingredients  

Fish
Tomatoes
Pepper
Onion
Spring onion
Garlic
Veg oil
Salt
Seasoning
Rosemary leaves
Oregano



Procedure

Wash fish, season and steam

Chop garlic, spring onion and tomatoes

Debone fish, mash and flake with fork.

Add oil to frying pan allow to heat, add garlic, spring onion and tomatoes, sauté for a minute.

Add blended onions and Pepper fry for 2minutes then add your flaked fish, season to taste and stir.

Boil the seasoned Beef or Chicken till tender in a pot, make sure stock is a litre of water. Bring to a boil. Add your cleaned crayfish and shrimp, add palm oil and pepper. After a minute add your grated okra. Add salt and seasoning to taste do not cover the pot as soon as you add the Okra. Once Okra is evenly spread, add your snails and stir, allow to boil for 2minutes then turn off Cooker (Okra soup is ready)

NB: Do not cover pot when hot after okra has been added at anytime, cover only when cool.
Soup can be served with Semolina, Eba, Fufu or any other starchy mould.
