INGREDIENTS
Sausage
Pasta
Spaghettini
Shrimps
Onions
Garlic
Hot yellow peppers
Seasoning
Soy sauce
Vegetable Oil
PREPARATION
Cut the Sausages into rings, Blend one bulb of Onions, Peppers and Garlic. Chop quarter bulb of Onion, spring Onions and set aside.
Put a wok or Pan on heat, add one cooking spoon of Vegetable oil, allow to heat then add salt, onions and sausages. Cook till sausages turn golden pink.
Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, add salt and 2 table spoons of Vegetable oil, add spaghettini and cook for just 3minutes.
In the wok of cooking sausages, pour the blended Pepper and onions and cook till it’s slightly reduced. Add the shrimps, season as desired, add 3 tablespoon of soy sauce and spring onions.
Drain pasta, pour into the sauce and mix, taste for seasoning and adjust if desired.
Pasta is ready! Share and enjoy with loved ones.
