CHICKEN STIR-FRY NOODLES

INGREDIENTS
Skinless Boneless Chicken
Noodles
Green, Red, yellow peppers
Vegetable oil
Spring onions
Noodles
Hot Yellow pepper
Coriander
Leaves
Shrimps
Ginger
Spice and Seasoning
PREPARATION
Slice Chicken breast and season with salt and black pepper. Put a frying pan on a cooker and heat 2 table spoons of vegetable Oil. Place the chicken and cook on medium low heat, turn the other side to cook once the sides begin to turn golden.
Slice carrot and Peppers into tiny long strips. Chop the hot yellow Pepper into very tiny bits. Mince Garlic, slice onions, chop spring onions, grate Ginger and roughly chop coriander leaves.
With one teaspoon of vegetable oil, cook the shrimps in a pan till it turns bright pink. Put a wok or Pan on heat; add approximately half cooking spoon of vegetable oil, add minced garlic (3 cloves), add salt, Ginger, Onions and sauté. Add the peppers, carrot, coriander leaves and spring Onions. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.
 
Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, add the noodles and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes
Add the Chicken and shrimps to the wok, season as desired and stir, Sieve the noodles and pour noodles into the wok. Stir and incorporate properly, taste for seasoning, adjust if needed and your stir-fry noodle is ready
