INGREDIENTS
Breakfast sausage
Sweet Red pepper
Green Pepper
Sweet Yellow pepper
Hot yellow pepper
Tomatoes
Spring onion Vegetable oil
Seasoning, herbs and spices
PREPARATION
Season Chicken as desired. Drizzle one to two cooking spoon of vegetable oil then Pop into the oven to grill for 30-40 minutes.
Cut all Peppers into strips (remove the seeds), Slice Onions into rings, dice tomatoes and the hot yellow peppers into tiny bits.
Put a wok or pan on the cooker, add 2 cooking spoon of vegetable oil add minced garlic, allow to heat (don’t burn garlic), add salt, onions and sausage. Allow to sauté for a while. Add the Peppers and Onions to the sausage allow to cook for 2 minutes then add the tomatoes. Cook for 3 more minutes, Season and spice as desired.
In another pot, cook pasta according to package directions then sieve ( watch any of our Pasta recipes on www.foodiesandspice.com) . Pour the sieved Penne pasta into sauce, stir, taste for seasoning and adjust as desired. Garnish with spring onions, tomatoes and onions and its sooooo ready to eat. Share o!
