MEAT LOAF SANDWICH WITH APPLE SLAW


INGREDIENTS

Meat Loaf
Apples
Carrots
Onions
Cabbage
Mayonaise
Tomatoes
Sliced Bread
Seasoning





PREPARATION

Thaw Meatloaf by bringing it out of the freezer and place in your fridge overnight

Grate carrot, Slice cabbage, either grate or chop Apples into chunks, put them in a bowl and add a generous amount of mayonnaise (or as you like it). Season with Black pepper, mix thoroughly then refrigerate.


Slice onions and tomatoes into rings. Mince garlic into a heated 2 table spoon of vegetable oil in a pan. Add a pinch of salt, onions and seasoning then allow to caramelize.

Add a spoon off vegetable to frying pan, allow to heat then add meat loaf, cook both sides of meat loaf evenly till golden brown then remove from Pan. Toast (optional) bread and layer with mayonnaise, meat loaf, tomatoes and caramelized onion. Place bread on it, Layer as desired. Serve with Apple slaw. (TIP:  you could even layer in slaw).
