Ingredients
Golden Penny Spaghetti Salt
Vegetable Oil (Ororo)
Shrimps
Garlic (3 cloves or as u like it)
Yellow Pepper
Spring Onions
Lemon
Snail
Onion
Seasoning Cubes
Fresh Pepper
Curry
Oregano
Rosemary Leaves
Preparation
Clean Snail and Shrimps set the Shrimps aside. Marinate the snails with some Lemon Juice, salt, one seasoning cube and your choice herbs and spices. Mix together and set aside or refrigerate.
Chop Onion, Spring Onion and Garlic. Coarsely blend your Yellow pepper with quarter bulb of Onion
Bring water to boil with some salt and two tablespoons of Vegetable oil, when it gets to a rolling boil add your Pasta and let it cook for 7 to 10 mins or till al dente. When cooked drain in a colander, coat with two tablespoons of vegetable oil and set aside.
Heat up a wok and add two cooking spoons of Vegetable oil, immediately followed by garlic, salt, onion and shrimps. When the Shrimps turn pink add your blended pepper and onion, spring Onion, two seasoning cubes, Curry, Rosemary leaves and Oregano and Stir. Let it cook for 3 minutes, then pour in the pasta and mix together thoroughly, taste for salt. Garnish it with some Spring Onions.
Coarsely blend your Red pepper and some onions. Pour it into a frying pan with some Vegetable oil in it; add some salt and the snail. Let it cook for a while on low heat. If the snail sauce is drying up and the snails are not yet cooked, you can add wine or water it depends on your preference.
Let it cook for some more time and when ready, serve with the Garlicky shrimp Pasta.
