Recipe: Bambini and Meatballs in Tomatoes sauce

Ingredients

Bambini Pasta
Onions
Tomatoes
Veg Oil
Minced Meat
Garlic
Seasoning/herbs and Spice
Parsely
Fresh Pepper
Tomato Paste
2 Eggs
Bread (For Bread crumbs)


Preparation

To make Bread Crumbs: Slice Bread into chunks, put it in a dry pan and toast, remove from pan and process in a food processor till its fine









Put minced meat in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper, thinly chopped onions, rosemary leaves, curry, oregano, sliced parsley leaves (or any choice seasoning/spice/herbs you may prefer), Add eggs, bread crumbs and incorporate everything together- Roll into bite size balls and set aside.
Blend tomatoes, fresh pepper and onions. Add approximately two cooking spoon of Veg-oil into a wok/pan/pot. Add garlic, salt and tomato paste, allow to cook and when sour taste has been eliminated, pour your blended ingredients and allow to cook on low heat.
 
Put a frying pan on heat, add one table spoon of Veg-oil, swirl to coat all sides of Pan, and then gently drop the meatballs into the Pan, allow to brown on all sides by shaking the pan.
Add Meatball into Tomatoes sauce, season sauce as desired and cook on low heat.
Cook Pasta according to the Golden Penny Package instruction, Drain and serve.
