Golden Penny Spaghetti
Garlic
Onion
Vegetable Oil (ororo)
Bacon
Salt
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Eggs
Lemon
Seasoning Cube
Black Pepper
Chop Bacon and Onion into strips. Grind your black pepper, grate your cheeses and set aside.
Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil; add salt and one table spoon of oil. Pour in your Golden Penny Spaghetti and allow to cook for not more than 7mins or al-dente, drain in a colander (You can cook your spaghetti while cooking Bacon so the spaghetti goes straight into the wok rather than setting it aside).
Add half a spoon of Vegetable oil into a wok to heat up; Saute the garlic and onions then add the bacon into the pan. Cook Bacon till it is golden brown. Do not add salt at this point because the bacon is salted.
Break Eggs into a bowl; add one cube of seasoning to it, Mozzarella cheese and your grated Parmesan cheese. Mix together thoroughly until creamy
Pour your cooked Spaghetti into the wok of Bacon and mix together. Sprinkle black pepper, taste for salt and adjust seasoning.
Pour in the creamy egg and cheese mixture into the Spaghetti, mix thoroughly and its ready to serve, you can garnish with a bit more parmesan and some lemon zest.
