INGREDIENTS
Golden Penny Penne Pasta
Onions
Tomatoes
Bell Pepper (tatashe)
Fresh Pepper
Garlic
Vegetable Oil
Herbs and seasonings
PREPARATION
Boil Beans with onions till soft and set aside
Clean and cut beef into tiny strips and season with salt, curry, rosemary leaves, oregano, black pepper and seasoning cube, mix and set aside.
Heat one cooking spoon of Vegetable oil in a pan, press in garlic and add beef, cook till its golden and crisp but not burnt, then add a cup or two of water then cook till tender
Slice tomatoes, Peppers and onions. Add one cooking spoon of Veg oil into a pan, heat and add salt, garlic, tomatoes, onions and peppers and sauté then set aside.
Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil add salt and 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil, then add your Pasta, cook till al dente or for not more than 10 minutes and drain.
Add the Beans to the Beef sauce incorporate and add Pasta, season with salt add the pepper sauce and incorporate, adjust your seasoning and serve.
