Ingredients
Kpomo
Bell Pepper (Tatashe)
Tomatoes
Onion
Vegetable oil
Spinach (Efo teteh or Green)
Seasoning
Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, add salt. Pour in your Golden penny Spaghetti and allow to cook for not more than 10mins, drain in a colander, drizzle 2 teaspoon of Vegetable oil, coat and set aside.
Chop Fresh Pepper, Tomatoes, Onions and Bell pepper. Heat 2 cooking spoons of Vegetable oil in a frying pan, add salt, onion, peppers and after a minute add tomatoes.
Allow to cook for 3 minutes then add tomatoes. Add Shaki and Kpomo after 3minutes, Season to taste and then wash, slice and add vegetables. Allow to cook for a minute or 2.
