Ingredients
Golden Penny Spaghetti
Titus fish
Shrimps
Bell pepper (Tatashe)
Green pepper
Onion
Fresh pepper
Garlic
Carrot
Seasoning cubes
Spring onion
Vegetable Oil
Parmesan cheese
Clean Fish, season with salt, Garlic and black Pepper. Wrap fish with foil and grill in Oven for 10-15minutes.
Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil; add salt and one table spoon of oil. Pour in your Golden Penny Spaghetti and allow to cook for not more than 7mins or al-dente, drain in a colander before transferring to your stir-fry vegetables. (You can cook your spaghetti while cooking your vegetables so the spaghetti goes straight into the wok rather than setting it aside).
In a wok, pot or pan, add 2 cooking spoons of Vegetable Oil, add salt and garlic (either crushed, chopped or pressed). Before Garlic turns golden add fresh pepper, onion, carrot, red pepper and green pepper.
Add the shrimps, Stir and add part of the spring onion after 2 minutes, reserve the rest for garnishing.
Season as desired (Foodaholics you know my potion already), Stir and taste for seasonings and adjustments. Add cooked golden Penny pasta, stir and mix till properly incorporated. Allow to cook for a minute or 2, then serve hot with grilled Fish. Garnish with spring onion and grated parmesan cheese
