Receipe: BREAD PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

Loaf of bread (@least 2 days old)
2 cups of Evaporated milk
3 eggs, lightly beaten
Half cup of sugar or according to your taste, u may prefer honey or no sweetners at all
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup raisins
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 Tbsp butter










Preparation of BREAD PUDDING

Preheat oven, Slice bread to chunks and put d bread in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk and cinnamon together. Gently stir into the bread. 

Gently stir the raisins into the mixture (or groundnut, cashew nut, pecans etc).

Smear butter around your baking pan. Coat the bottom and the sides of the pan well with the butter.



Pour in the bread mix and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes, until set. The pudding is done when the edges start getting a bit brown and pull away from the edge of the pan.
