Anonymous, the word Efo is a Yoruba word for Vegetable, However these vegetables have their individual names. The one Featured here is Efo-Shoko which is also called Eri-amionu in the ibo and southern parts of Nigeria. Some People like to call it Spinach but am not sure if this is Spinach because the vegetable called "Green" is more like it. This is not Pumpkin at all, Pumpkin is the popularly known "Ugwu". So this is hoping that someone who knows the English name of Efo-Shoko (Eri-amionu) helps us out here
