Foodaholic of the week




Ingredients: meat, dried fish, dried prawn, periwinkle, 2cups egusi, pepper soup spices, dried grinded pepper, salt and maggi to taste.

Procedures: Boil meat with little salt n pepper until tender,add water,d quantity u want,aallow to boil,add egusi,allow to cook,add pepper soup spices,more pepper,salt n maggi to ur taste,allow to boil for some minutes.den add dried prawn,dried fish n periwinkle n a table spoon of blended cray fish allow to cook for like 5mins,voila!! Dats all,eat with any swallow of ur choice from eba starch semo pounded yam,it goes with everything
