  4. How do u blend ur rosemary leave?

    1. Dried rosemary leaves look like dried thyme, only dat dey are longer and green with a very lovely aroma and taste dat gives my cooking some sort of balance hence it always features. NOW, depending on how u want to use it, but if u want to make pureed sauces u can blend with other spices, sprinkle in ur cooking or roast with other spices to bring out d aroma, so it rlly depends on wat u are preparing.

    1. The crayfish sauce shouldnt come out watery, so depends on the quantity u are making and the amount of water used to blend. Hwever, for a good crafish sauce, the water has to dry up properly until u have oil on the surface of the sauce. Try grinding the crayfish, pepper and onions with grinding stone or pound in a mortar b4 frying......mmmmmm its DEVINE (hehehehe)

    1. Strange works and acts is our portion, tanks so much for watching. Sauce is perfect for rice, I hv tried it so many times, even dis evening (my friend Laura came visiting yesterday and she made me make her own crayfish sauce, so from d leftover lol)
