with a Fusion of Nigerian Ingredients this week.

Today we are making a very delicious Starter i learnt from Le Torne a village in Bordeaux France
Laura who manages a Bistro showed me this simple recipe she got from her Grandma called Hareng au Pomme (Herrings and Apple).

So here is My Naija Version. Trust me its a perfect #Frenchfusion.
INGREDIENTS
1Sardine (You can use Herrings if you have them)
Apple 1
Onions half Bulbulators
Fresh Pepper 1
Vinegar 1 tea spoon
1Sardine (You can use Herrings if you have them)
Apple 1
Onions half Bulbulators
Fresh Pepper 1
Vinegar 1 tea spoon
Tap photos for procedure
Pour Sardines into a bowl
Slice Onions into it
Thinly dice fresh pepper
Peel and dice the Apple
Add a teaspoon of Vinegar ( I used grape vinegar) and a pinch of salt
Mix together
