Half a tuber Yam
7 pieces of medium sized Fresh Pepper
Dried Shrimps
Half Bulb of Onions
Salt and Seasoning
2 table spoons of Palm oil

In a pot of simmering water, add the yam, onions, pepper, Shrimps and season as desired.
As soon as yam is soft and can seperate easily add the palm oil. Stir yam very well allow to cook for 2 or 3 minutes then Serve.
